JAMMU, SEP 28: To provide free medical aid facilities to devotees during Navratras, a nine- day long Free Medical Camp by Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research(JIAR) Hospital, Nardani concluded at Bahu Fort on Thursday.
A Medical checkup of total 168 patients was carried out on concluding day. The Camp was attended by doctors of different specialties from the College. Doctors from college having vast experiences in their respective specialization examined patients seeking remedies for various ailments.
Patients of various diseases related to joint disorders, Hyper acidity, hyper tension, skin disorder, joint pain, piles and Fistula etc were examined and free medicines distributed to them.

Dr. Twinkle Gupta- Associate Professor, Dr. Bhawna- Assistant Professor and Dr Nitin Mahajan- Vice Principal and PG Scholars of Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research.
On conclusion of the camp the Chairperson JIAR – Suman Sharma assured to organize such camps in future also for the benefit of poor and needy people.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research organizes free medical camps frequently in Urban and Rural areas of the State to create awareness among the public regarding benefits of Ayurvedic medicines and Panchkarma procedures because of its no side effects.
